5. Where can I find history of money transaction for my account?
Login to your account, choose "Cashier" menu, then "Orders History".
On the history page you will see entire history of your money transactions.
6. Can I transfer money from my RSP Casino account to another RSP Casino player?
Yes, you can make this transaction. In the "Cashier" menu select "Player-to-Player" option then enter receiver login and amount (minimum is 5$) .
7. How can I verify my account?
According to our terms and conditions verification will be necessary after you reach 2000$ in deposits, but if you wish, you can verify your account right now. In order to verify your account please send to firstname.lastname@example.org copy of your passport or ID card and utility bill on your name.
Account verification is processed within 24 hours only on business days. All documents received during weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day. You will receive confirmation letter, after verification will be completed.
1. When I try to log into the program a message "Invalid password" appears, though I am certain that the password is correct.
Please note that your account password is case-sensitive. You may not be entering your login information in the correct case. You may also have some other character in the password, such as an underscore or a dash. If you still can't log in, then see the next question.
2. I have forgotten my password - what do I have to do?
We do not keep clear-text passwords of our players, so in case of a password loss we can not send it to you - but you can reset your password to a new one.
On the main page of our site click "Forgot my password"
Enter your login name.
Press on the button "Reset my password".
Check your e-mail - you will receive a message from us with your password.
After that you will be able to log in again using the new password.
3. How can I change my password?
Login to your account, select "Account", then "Change Password".
Click "Change password" link and follow the instructions.
4. How can I change my e-mail, or other account information?
Login to your account, select "Account".
Click "Edit" link next to the information you'd like to change.
If you're changing your email - our system will send a message to your new e-mail address to confirm it's validity.

The rules of all games and detailed explanations of all relevant game features can be found in the help section of RSP Casino Lobby. All RSP Casino games also have a built-in help option.
2. I'm losing connection with RSP Casino regularly. What should I do?
If your computer is disconnected from the internet before the results of the last game are displayed, you can view the result in Betting History or by contacting Support.
In case of disconnection while a game is in progress, and you can still make decisions in the game and you will be able to complete that game once you return to it.
If the request to play a new game does not reach the Casino Server before you are disconnected, the result of the previous game is displayed when you return to the game.
3. Where can I find my games history?
The history of all your games is available in "Account" -> "History of Casino and Games sessions" section when you're logged in.
